At Moda Minx, we want you to love your glam pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are unworn, have all original tags attached, and the hygiene seal remains intact where applicable.

Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed with all Moda Minx tags and packaging still attached.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack and Post
Securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided or choose your preferred tracked courier service to send the parcel back to us.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
